I really appreciate it. Yes 6 serrano chillies may end up more spicy! I use thai chillies, a bit smaller in size. Even if you double up the recipe, 3 to 4 chillies should be enough. I just add about a cup of water since the tomoto puree releases moisture already.

Happy cooking!Sujathahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04801780582874836806noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9145847197481286002.post-34529517829663011432012-03-17T01:20:49.858-05:002012-03-17T01:20:49.858-05:00thank you for this recipe. Next time I would only use 3. I think I added too much water and the curry was a tad thin. I let it cook uncovered for about an hour to thicken it back up. How much water do you add?? Anyway, great recipe! I will make this again and again.lauraborealishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01110279263132697512noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9145847197481286002.post-91582160148945843402011-03-06T09:11:14.634-06:002011-03-06T09:11:14.634-06:00I've tried thi and posted it too : http://www....I've tried thi and posted it too : http://www.sharmispassions.com/2011/03/egg-curry-egg-gravy-using-coconut-milk.htmlAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05983455890138961433noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9145847197481286002.post-37317379945557216562010-04-13T04:37:14.585-05:002010-04-13T04:37:14.585-05:00hmm... nice i lov dis recipee.. yummy yummy yee......hmm... nice i lov dis recipee.. yummy yummy yee.......jessiehttp://www.adsacrossindia.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9145847197481286002.post-3955109724212198152009-05-21T17:52:05.987-05:002009-05-21T17:52:05.987-05:00Hi,
